Seatech Publications was established in 1996 and incorporated in the year 2000. Our headquarters are in the Pacific Northwest, near Seattle, WA. We have satellite offices in Arkansas, Illinois, and near the Twin-Cities in Minnesota.

Seatech Publications, Inc., was founded as a technical documentation company serving the heavy equipment industry. We began by developing accurate and cost competitive commercial and military manuals for a variety of machinery.

We expanded our product offering to include structured authoring tools, and eventually, interactive electronic technical manuals. We grew our staff to include computer programmers, multimedia developers, technical training instructors, and operator training instructors. We continue to specialize in the heavy equipment industry, but some of our programming services have branched into other industries.
